Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GMLABS, a Maryland limited liability company (“GMLABS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit godmodealgo.com (the “Site”), buy GODMODE V4 — Insider Edition (the “Product”) or contact us. Our store runs on Shopify, which processes some information on our behalf as described below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Order information: name, email address, billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are entered directly into Shopify’s checkout and processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card number.
  • Account and product information: if asked at checkout, your TradingView username, so we can support your setup.
  • Communications: information you send when you email us, submit the contact form, or leave a review or testimonial.
  • Email updates sign-up: your email address and your consent when you tick “Email me GODMODE updates, new versions and offers” at checkout or join our update alerts on the Site.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP, and the date and time of visits.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep your cart, run checkout, remember preferences, keep the Site secure and measure how the Site is used. See section 6.

2. How we use information

  • to process your order, take payment, deliver the Product and send order and delivery emails;
  • to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • to protect our customers and the Product — including preventing fraud, detecting unauthorised sharing of the code and enforcing our Terms of Service and License Agreement;
  • to run, secure, analyse and improve the Site and Product;
  • to send you product update emails (new versions, fixes and setup changes) and marketing emails if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email; and
  • to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout, its payment processors, and Shopify Messaging (Shopify Email), which we use to send update and marketing emails and which measures whether emails are opened and links are clicked (see Shopify’s privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy);
  • service providers who help us operate the business, such as email delivery, analytics, customer support and fraud-prevention tools, under contracts that limit their use of your data;
  • advertising and analytics partners, if enabled, to measure and improve our marketing (see section 6 for your choices);
  • professional advisers and authorities, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others; and
  • a buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged or reorganised.

4. How long we keep information

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the Product, enforce our license and meet tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Support emails are kept while needed to help you and then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or limited form.

5. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, the EU/EEA and the UK), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; receive a copy in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising. You can make a request by emailing thetest128i@gmail.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You will not be treated differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (orders and delivery), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, license enforcement, improving the Site), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

6. Cookies and tracking

We and Shopify use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (such as your cart and checkout), plus preference, analytics and — where enabled — marketing cookies. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice through the cookie banner or Your Privacy Choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site (such as checkout) may stop working. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing where the law requires.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and Shopify’s checkout is PCI-DSS compliant. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and Shopify and our service providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The Site and Product are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party sites

The Site and Product link to or work with third-party services such as TradingView. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
